Mountaineering organisations offer access to trails leading to Margherita Peak, the highest point in Uganda—ideal for high-level team-building journeys, corporate renewal programmes, or NGO resilience planning. The surrounding communities, especially the Bakonzo people, play a key role in event success. Their expertise in traditional medicine, mountain guiding, and storytelling add cultural richness to otherwise physically intense experiences.
