Tena is the capital and largest city of Napo Province.

Tena is known for the rainforest and rivers that surround the town, and it is popular with tourists.
Many inexpensive hotels, tourist agencies, and restaurants cater to backpacker tourism. Tena is surrounded by forested hills and is located at the edge of the Andes, which are visible to the west.

Casa del Suizo – a luxurious hotel with a large ballroom that can accommodate up to 180 guests. The hotel also has several smaller meeting rooms and a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city.
Selina Tena – a hostel with a variety of event spaces, including a large common area, a rooftop terrace, and a garden. The hostel is also located in the heart of Tena, making it a convenient location for events.
Recinto Ferial de Tena – a large event space located on the outskirts of Tena. The venue can accommodate up to 1,000 guests and is home to several exhibition halls, meeting rooms, and a ballroom.
Chontayacu – a community center located in the rainforest just outside of Tena. The center has a large open-air space that can be used for events, as well as several smaller meeting rooms.
