Peten

Peten could be considered a Mayan archaeological museum, due to the large number of sites distributed throughout the jungle, highlighting Tikal National Park, Yaxhá, El Mirador, among others.
Peten is also recognised as one of the last lungs of the world because of its immense natural reserves and rich biodiversity that shelter hundreds of animals and plants.
